- Project Manager

With 11 years dedicated to the IT industry, I now serve as a TAM Project Manager, overseeing the development of large-scale websites and applications, as well as crafting promotional strategies. With 7 years of team management experience and 2 years as a father, every day is a challenge.

The changing digital landscape is expanding user experiences.

Digital devices themselves, web browsers, and the HTML technologies used to display content have been rapidly evolving and changing. What's truly remarkable is how users have seamlessly embraced these changes, often without even realizing it.

For instance, in the past, content viewed on smartphones while on the go primarily consisted of news articles and blogs. However, today, it's not uncommon to find people watching video content, such as YouTube, during their daily commutes. Moreover, with the imminent introduction of 5G networks in Japan, the mobile internet experience is set to become even more real-time and immersive. We believe this signifies yet another shift in the criteria for the service experience and value provided to users.

From technology emulating design to technology shaping ideal experiences.

In the early and popularization phases of the web and digital era, front-end technology was primarily a means to emulate design. Operating within the constraints of weak internet connections and limited computer power, the challenge was to approximate design to its ideal form. However, the role of content and design on screens has transformed from being simply viewed to being actively used. This evolution over the past decade has brought user experience (UX/UI) into focus, emphasizing not just visual appeal but also functionality. In the quest for enhanced user experiences, technology and design have merged into deeply interconnected, inseparable elements.

Of course, design is not solely determined by technology. However, creating new user experiences without a deep understanding of the underlying technology has also become increasingly challenging.

Supporting enhanced service experiences with Agile methodologies

From launching web services to improving UI for business apps. TAM's Design Technology Team excels in these areas.

Service Value Definition, UX Design, UI Design

By leveraging design thinking methodologies, we define the value of user experiences. We swiftly translate these into stylescapes and design systems, ensuring rapid integration into UI design.

PWA Development

Entrust us with PWA development, including features like add-to-home-screen, push notifications, and offline support. We create new web app experiences while leveraging the unique strengths of the web, such as no-installation, shareable URLs, and centralized multi-device management.

Other Front-end Development

We have extensive experience in building large-scale websites using CMS (Headless CMS, WordPress, and Movable Type), and we proactively address issues and continuously make improvements through user testing.

Furthermore, we regularly host events like 'PWA Night' to share knowledge about PWAs and conduct workshops on design thinking. If you have ideas for service or app development but are unsure where to start, or lack development means, feel free to reach out to us. From UX design to PoC and development, we provide comprehensive support using the latest technologies and Agile methodologies.
