Joining TAM in 2008, I have been involved in numerous projects for companies such as Osaka Gas, Kyocera, Yanmar, and more, focusing on corporate websites and app development. My work involves extracting insights from user behavior visualizations, conducting prototype-based hypothesis testing, and designing and executing projects with a strong emphasis on UX (User Experience).

We believe that design goes beyond just the surface;
it's intrinsic to the very essence of the service itself.

Our mission is to introduce user-friendly, exquisitely designed products and services to the world. This commitment drives our focus on UI design.
Our digital services, accessible through smartphone and PC screens, serve as interfaces. In essence, their design forms the primary and distinctive point of interaction with users. Design transcends aesthetics; it shapes user experiences, ensuring usability and comfort, making it a critical front-end element.
Consider this: if a hotel reservation site claims to prioritize hospitality but proves cumbersome to navigate, it significantly undermines its reputation. We firmly believe that interface design is where a company's genuine concern for users becomes unmistakably evident.

Swift visualization, seamless sharing,
and effective shaping of ideas.

Design shapes user experiences, and these experiences convey a company's essence. Here is what we hold dear in the field of UI design development.

Creating what's visible, quickly

Before we delve into defining requirements and assembling a feature list, we embark on the journey of creating prototypes. Rapidly navigating the terrain of trial and improvement in the initial stages of a project leads to a rapid improvement in product quality.

Structuring ideas with diagrams and establishing priorities

In the planning and requirements definition stages of a service, there's often a desire to include as many functions as possible. However, we believe that employing tools like customer journey maps is crucial for making informed decisions and elucidating the value we bring to service design.

Swift creation and continuous iteration

During the planning phase, it is imperative to swiftly mold ideas into prototypes, validate them, and iteratively improve them within a short timeframe. We employ static prototypes and online meetings to expedite the validation cycles.

The process and system development
are inseparable from design.

Moreover, we firmly believe that the design process and system development are intrinsically linked, and separating them would be a disservice to creating products and services that earn trust and adoration on a global scale. In recent times, our involvement has extended beyond interface design; we actively participate in the entire UX design process and system development journey. This encompasses everything from the initial planning of web services to rigorous user testing, meticulous design, and comprehensive system development. At each step of the way, we expedite the transformation of ideas into tangible, user-friendly, and exquisitely designed products and services for a worldwide audience.
For instance, we don't stop at reviewing designs; we immerse ourselves in projects from the early stages, contributing to everything from the initial planning of web services to user testing, design refinement, and intricate system development. All these efforts are dedicated to delivering user-friendly, exceptionally designed products and services that resonate with people around the world. We are steadfast in our commitment to swiftly turning concepts into real-world experiences, working collaboratively to bring them to fruition.
