Enhancing your knowledge of social media as an individual will not only help you establish your personal positioning in the future but also contribute to advancing TAM's business.
Let's remember that individual statements carry significant influence in shaping TAM's reputation.

1 . Confidentiality guidelines

On social media, please ensure that your profile information is set to be publicly accessible. You can also restrict personal settings as needed. Please refrain from sharing inappropriate information publicly. Keep in mind that publicly shared information can spread over an extended period, so be thorough in reviewing content and exercise caution when disclosing personal information.

2 . Safeguarding personal information

We have appointed a dedicated manager for the protection of personal information and have implemented a internal system for its proper management.

3 . Maintain integrity

When participating as TAM staff, posting under a pseudonym, false name, or anonymously is strictly prohibited. Please use your real name and clearly indicate that you are a TAM employee. Integrity is the utmost priority on social media. Acts of defamation or inaccurate statements should be strictly avoided. Always acknowledge the diversity of people's values and carefully consider your posts before sharing.

Please make every effort to avoid conflicts, even when opinions differ. Disputes ultimately benefit no one. Moreover, if you come across any false references to TAM on social media, kindly point them out without resorting to harsh criticism.
