Creating a dynamic digital marketing environment through cloud service integration
For many companies considering the adoption of CRM and MA tools, a common challenge is the need to run marketing activities in parallel with implementation. At TAM, we propose an agile and quick approach to building and validating these systems by leveraging cloud services.
For Ajinomoto's aminoVITAL brand and its expansion into the Singaporean market, we provided comprehensive support for a market validation project through sampling events. Our services encompassed everything from event planning to infrastructure setup, culminating in the establishment of an effective validation mechanism.
Efficient and scalable infrastructure design with Salesforce and e-commerce integration
In the case of new ventures, the longer it takes to establish the infrastructure, the higher the costs become. Conversely, adopting an agile approach to construction not only helps contain costs but also provides the flexibility to adapt to future service expansions.
In this particular project, considering its experimental nature, we proposed the construction of an e-commerce site based on a cart system that allows for rapid deployment. Additionally, by managing customer data using Salesforce Sales Cloud, we created an environment that is both easily expandable and conducive to thorough analysis, thus contributing to the establishment of a robust marketing foundation for the future.
Event planning and comprehensive design with a focus on precise validation metrics
When expanding into a new market, the STPD cycle (Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning, and Differentiation) can be highly beneficial. However, achieving it requires the collection and analysis of valuable data from the right target audience, along with the establishment of measurable metrics.
To accomplish this, we collaborated with a local startup company in Singapore, allowing us to execute a tightly managed project. This project encompassed various aspects, including target audience selection, event planning, the development of a survey system, and post-event follow-up.
