MAGUS Co., Ltd.

Empowering artistic media
through multi-cloud design,
featuring GA4, Salesforce, and AWS
for enhanced sales capabilities

At the core of MAGUS lies a shared vision: 'Enhancing Japan through art.' This vision drives a collaborative effort that brings together Terada Warehouse, Mitsubishi Estate, TSI Holdings, and Tokyu Corporation, all working towards a common goal - the establishment of a dynamic platform for contemporary art in Japan.

Taking charge of this ambitious initiative, TAM spearheaded the launch of 'ARTnews JAPAN,'
a media venture that serves as its cornerstone. Our mission went beyond mere implementation – we aimed to breathe life into the vision of creating a new community and a fresh art economy. The challenge? Crafting a versatile platform capable of not only artistic expression but also commerce, able to sell video content, event tickets, and more. Our forward-thinking approach, which included the integration of GA4, anticipates and embraces the expansive potential of MAGUS's vision.

MAGUS CO., Ltd
Kazuhiro Machida

"The launch of this media venture has been a passionate endeavor, led fervently by our founder, Mr. Uesaka, who unwaveringly believes in our vision. Consequently, our aspirations have soared, making the journey to translate them into reality a formidable challenge.
We sought partners who could navigate the 'starting pains' of this project alongside us, offering unwavering support. We actively sought advice and collaboration.
Our expectations were clear:

  • A collaborative team approach
  • Robust support for our compact organization
  • Precise guidance, given our limited experience in website development and management
  • Flexibility to adapt to changes in our strategy

These were the requests we articulated."

Envisioning the future with multi-cloud design
to shape aspirations

Through intensive collaboration and ongoing dialogues with MAGUS, TAM conducted a meticulous selection of tools and adopted a design approach aligned with the envisioned future, rather than the current landscape. This entailed the adoption of cutting-edge technologies like headless CMS and PWA (progressive web apps).
By integrating GA4, Salesforce, and Heroku, we constructed a data visualization flow, enabling us to track user actions such as page views, member registrations, and completed payments. This robust foundation not only brings the media to life but also positions us for the operational phase as a united team with MAGUS, committed to delivering exceptional user experiences.

"We deeply appreciate the proposal for construction and development that maximized the scope of functionality within our budget constraints. Your meticulous evaluation, encompassing merits, drawbacks, costs, usability, and scalability during the selection of existing services and tools, provided us invaluable guidance and assurance.

Furthermore, as we continually honed the media's direction towards our ideal vision leading up to the launch, we frequently sought your advice on optimizing web requirements. Your flexibility and unwavering support were pivotal in achieving a successful launch.

Regarding post-launch operations, the implementation of a graphical dashboard, enabling us to monitor site metrics and performance daily, has added significant value to our operations."

Looking ahead, as ARTnews JAPAN plans to expand its content and features as a platform, TAM will continue to leverage Salesforce, Heroku, and other tools introduced during the launch to provide ongoing support. Our dedication remains unwavering as we work in tandem with MAGUS to bring their vision to fruition, in harmony with this expansion.
